Terms & Conditions for Aliyar Residency
Booking and Payment:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A valid payment method must be provided to confirm reservations.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Government-issued photo ID is required for check-in.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a partial refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Guest Conduct:
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid causing inconvenience to other guests.
- Damages to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
Smoking and Alcohol:
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in private rooms and as per local laws.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated during booking.
Facilities Usage:
- Guests are responsible for their belongings; the residency is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Any misuse of facilities, including tampering with lighting and curtain control panels, will result in penalties.
- Force Majeure:
- Aliyar Residency will not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy:
- Personal information provided during booking will be kept confidential and used only for processing reservations and customer service.
Modification of Terms
- Aliyar Residency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
