Refund and Returns Policy for Aliyar Residency
Cancellation Refunds:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in: Eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee of 10% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in: No refunds will be provided.
- Refund requests must be initiated by contacting our customer service team via email or phone.
No-Show Policy:
- If a guest does not show up on the check-in date without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
Early Check-Out:
- No refunds will be provided for early check-out unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by management.
Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Bookings made under special offers, discounted rates, or promotional packages are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Force Majeure:
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Changes to booking dates are allowed subject to availability. Additional charges may apply, and refunds for date amendments are subject to the cancellation policy.
